Quality Manager

This role is responsible for sustaining the Derby Fabricating Quality Management System within the manufacturing plant and providing direction to quality support personnel. The position involves daily interaction with the plant manager on quality-related activities, facilitating corrective and preventive action processes, and ensuring compliance with ISO/TS16949 standards. The individual will also manage calibration systems, conduct process audits, and oversee the hiring and training of quality staff.
