Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will own and advance the company's quality program, maintaining AS9100 and ISO 9001 registrations while ensuring products meet strict defense and aerospace standards. This leader will manage the quality system, lead internal and external audits, and drive continuous improvement initiatives across engineering, production, and customer-facing teams. The role involves supervising the quality department, resolving complex quality issues, and serving as the primary point of contact for regulatory and customer quality matters.
