Quality Manager

The Quality Manager leads all aspects of product and process quality for the Thacker Pass site, establishing top-tier quality programs and ensuring compliance with relevant standards. This role directs the analytical laboratory team and serves as the site lead for quality management systems, final product disposition, and continuous improvement initiatives. The position reports to the Vice President of Operations and requires strong analytical skills with a track record in quality management.
