Quality Manager

The Quality Manager will establish, implement, and scale the Quality Management System (QMS) for a growing aerospace propulsion manufacturing operation, transitioning from a technical individual contributor during facility startup to a leadership role as production scales. This position ensures product integrity, regulatory compliance, and manufacturing excellence while partnering with Engineering, Operations, and Supply Chain to improve First Pass Yield and reduce defects. The role involves building scalable quality systems that support long-term production growth from New Product Introduction through Full-Rate Production.
