Quality Manager

The Quality Manager leads the Avery Creek, NC manufacturing facility's quality strategy, reporting directly to the Plant Manager to drive plant-wide performance and continuous improvement. This role oversees the Quality Management System, including Operations Quality, Inspection, Testing, and Supplier Quality, to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence. The position is responsible for deploying Eaton Business System tools, managing ISO 9001 compliance, and leading root cause corrective action efforts.
