Puratos
The Quality Manager/Sr. Manager reports to the Director of Operations and leads the development and maintenance of Food Safety & Quality systems compliant with BRC, FDA, and Puratos Group requirements. This role collaborates with cross-functional teams to continuously improve performance and ensure the delivery of high-quality, food-safe products. The position oversees quality standards, supplier compliance, third-party audits, and the management of the Quality team.
Puratos helps bakers, patissiers and chocolatiers finding the best products and ingredients to improve the quality of baked products.
