Quality Operations Manager

This role leads the Quality function across distillery and bottling operations, ensuring product quality, food safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement while meeting Diageo quality standards. The position involves managing the Quality Management System, laboratory operations, supplier quality, and packaging quality to drive efficiency and sustainability. The role also focuses on developing the quality team, fostering a strong quality culture, and achieving key performance indicators related to yield, cost, and customer satisfaction.
