Quality Program Manager

The Quality Program Manager supports the quality, compliance, and continuous improvement of Credentialing operations, with a key focus on oversight of delegated credentialing functions. The role monitors compliance with organizational, contractual, regulatory, and accreditation requirements while supervising staff responsible for evaluating delegated entities. This position reports compliance status to management, represents the organization during external reviews, and partners with cross-functional stakeholders to strengthen processes and ensure accurate reporting.
