Quality Resident Liaison/ Representative

The Quality Resident Liaison/ Representative serves as the customer's on-site representative, ensuring satisfaction through technical support, issue resolution, and open communication between the Intervention Site and the customer. This role involves building strong relationships, addressing production problems promptly, suggesting improvements, and providing regular updates on claims to maintain trust and credibility. The position requires regular reporting to the Resident Engineering Director and Resident Engineer Manager.
