The Quality Safety Accreditation Specialist at Monument Health Home+ supports accreditation and certification compliance and oversees patient/customer safety, QAPI, emergency preparedness, and employee safety across Home+ business lines. The role partners closely with Home+ leadership and the Quality Department at Rapid City Hospital to ensure regulatory adherence and program coordination. This position is based in Rapid City, SD.
