The Quality Safety Accreditation Specialist supports Monument Health Home+ leadership in ensuring accreditation and certification compliance while overseeing patient/customer safety, quality assurance/performance improvement (QAPI), emergency preparedness, and employee safety across business lines. The role partners closely with the Rapid City Hospital Quality Department to monitor regulatory changes and implement organizational standards.
