Quality Specialist

This role serves as a roving quality presence across manufacturing operations to reduce scrap, prevent escapes, and strengthen quality performance through real-time engagement in the build process. The Quality Specialist independently conducts product and process surveillance, supports inspection and first article activities, and exercises stop-work authority when nonconformances are identified. Success requires strong judgment and communication skills to turn quality concerns into constructive coaching moments while maintaining partnerships with Operations.
