Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor role supports the Quality Assurance Inspection function on the manufacturing floor, overseeing quarantine and disposition of nonconforming goods while ensuring compliance with established policies and processes. This position involves supervising shift activities, managing staff, conducting audits, and serving as a liaison between customers, vendors, and internal teams to maintain quality standards. The role is located in the Mechanical Plant in Batu Kawan, Penang, and will support the new independent company Axiom upon its planned spin-off in Q1 2027.
