Quality Supervisor

The Quality Supervisor designs and manages the plant quality system to ensure customers receive conforming products from the molding department, overseeing activities related to IATF, CCC, and UL requirements. This role directs plant-level quality department personnel, manages quality system certifications, and provides feedback on supplier selection and development. The position serves as the primary point of contact for quality matters and ensures compliance with customer and corporate quality standards.
