The Quality Systems, Compliance & Safety Manager leads and optimizes the Quality, Compliance, and Safety organization across all TCOM, L.P. facilities, ensuring processes meet customer, aerospace, government, and regulatory requirements. This role involves strategic planning, risk management, and fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement while managing budgets, resources, and cross-functional teams. The position requires strong leadership in quality management systems, compliance audits, and occupational safety programs.
