Quality Systems Lead

This role leads the implementation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) for advanced robotic surgical systems, ensuring compliance with FDA QMSR and ISO 13485 standards. The position involves technical leadership for document control, change control, training, and audit readiness while partnering with cross-functional teams to support regulatory submissions and product lifecycle quality. The incumbent serves as a subject matter expert for electronic QMS platforms and drives continuous improvement through metrics, audits, and corrective actions.
