Quality Systems Manager

This role ensures the safety, effectiveness, and regulatory compliance of marketed medical devices throughout their lifecycle by analyzing post-market data and managing complaint handling. The position collaborates cross-functionally to investigate product issues, implement quality improvements, and maintain risk management files in accordance with global regulations. Key responsibilities include supporting CAPA processes, conducting health hazard evaluations, and participating in internal and external audits.
