Quality

This role provides leadership for the development and deployment of quality functions, driving operational process improvement through metrics, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans. The position involves ensuring successful design and implementation of quality plans, Statistical Process Controls, and internal audits while supporting local and regional business performance. The incumbent will also mentor staff, conduct internal audits to meet accreditation and regulatory requirements, and facilitate the resolution of non-conformances.
