Quantitative Developer

This role is a Senior Quantitative/Systematic Developer who partners with asset allocation portfolio managers to translate investment ideas into production-ready models. The incumbent owns the multi-asset data layer, builds internal AI-backed tooling for research workflows, and develops enterprise-quality quantitative systems while leveraging modern AI coding agents daily. They are responsible for ensuring operational reliability, conducting rigorous testing, and mentoring teammates on effective AI-augmented engineering practices.
