The Quantitative Researcher role involves driving the research agenda and infrastructure for systematic credit market-making strategies, from sourcing complex datasets to building alpha models and backtesting platforms. The position requires advanced quantitative skills, proficiency in Python and data engineering, and a deep understanding of fixed income markets. Candidates at the Associate or Vice President level will collaborate with global trading desks to transition models from research into production.
