Quantity Surveyor (Civil)

The Quantity Surveyor (MEP) manages the commercial and financial aspects of Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing works, ensuring effective cost control, budget management, and compliance with contractual requirements throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves overseeing quantity measurements, cost estimation, budget monitoring, procurement support, interim valuations, and contract administration to ensure efficient financial management and project performance. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost reporting, proper documentation, timely payments, and compliance with contractual obligations.
