Quantity Surveyor / Estimator

We are seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor / Estimator to join our Commercial team and manage all commercial duties on construction contracts from pre-construction through to final account. The role involves financial negotiations, budget preparation, and advising on commercial matters to ensure project efficiency and profitability. You will also handle pricing schedules, valuations, risk management, and tender enquiries within the water, wastewater, and environment sectors.
