Responsibilities

Perform rigorous on-site measurements and quantity take-offs to validate contractor progress billings
Conduct routine physical site inspections to audit completed works and ensure alignment with reported quantities
Evaluate contract variations, site instructions, and change orders specific to wastewater networks and earthworks
Assist in the review and settlement of commercial claims by analyzing site records and RFIs
Maintain impeccable commercial files including tracking sheets, measurement books, and material delivery logs
