KBR is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to act as the Project Management Company representative for the multi-billion-dollar Lobito Refinery Project in Angola. This role involves collaborating with project managers, architects, engineers, and contractors to monitor construction progress and ensure budget compliance. The Quantity Surveyor will focus on measuring and evaluating installed quantities against project plans.
