Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will join the Queensmere regeneration project in Slough, supporting the delivery of 2,500 new homes and associated mixed‑use facilities. The role focuses on cost management, procurement and tendering of subcontract packages, and ensuring financial alignment with the approved budget and sustainability objectives. It involves close collaboration with design, construction, finance and sales teams to monitor expenditures, forecast costs and produce regular cost reports.
