Quantity Surveyor

This role provides quantity surveying and cost management services for Globe's data center facilities, supporting customer fit-outs, data hall development, and infrastructure projects. The position involves preparing comprehensive Bills of Quantities, executing material quantity take-offs, and performing cost audits to mitigate budget variances. It requires evaluating vendor proposals, managing commercial reconciliations, and administering contracts to ensure financial accuracy and project success.
