Quantity Surveyor

The Quantity Surveyor will manage the commercial aspects of planned maintenance projects, including kitchen and bathroom replacements and external works, under a long-term partnership with L&Q. This role involves cost control, valuations, subcontractor management, and delivering value for money through collaborative efforts. The position requires leading pre-construction commercial functions, managing budgets, and mentoring a team of Assistant Quantity Surveyors.
