Equality Florida is Florida’s largest civil rights organization dedicated to securing equality and justice for the state’s lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, and queer community. It advances nondiscrimination, safety, and full civic participation through public policy and electoral advocacy, education and outreach, community organizing, and strategic campaigns and litigation. The organization runs statewide programs (including an education institute and an action/political arm), leadership and fellowship initiatives, and relies on donors and grassroots supporters to fund its work.
