Quick Response Team Peer Navigator

The Quick Response Team Peer Navigator serves as a deflection peer navigator, collaborating with first responders and law enforcement to provide crisis counseling and immediate intervention for individuals and families. The role focuses on navigating participants out of the criminal justice system and into long-term care for mental health, substance use, homelessness, and other quality of life concerns. This position involves maintaining accurate participant records, identifying barriers to services, and developing collaborative relationships with community and justice partners.
