Race Coach

Vail Resorts is seeking passionate coaches to join the Competition Center staff, providing training and development opportunities for athletes in Alpine, Freestyle, and Snowboard disciplines. The role involves creating safe environments, setting goals, and implementing seasonal training plans to help athletes excel in their chosen sports. Ideal candidates are self-starters with excellent communication skills who can work independently and as part of a team in harsh winter conditions.
