Racking and Unracking Operator

This position is responsible for properly racking, unracking, and inspecting a wide variety of aluminum parts on and off carriers at a steady and consistent pace. The role involves identifying loads, selecting proper racking equipment, and ensuring material quality and safety standards are met throughout the anodizing process. The operator must also handle physical tasks such as lifting, pushing carriers, and performing visual inspections for defects.
