The Radiation Scheduler is responsible for scheduling patient appointments, tests, referrals, surgeries, and admissions, as well as handling pre‑certifications and new patient registrations. The role serves as a liaison between patients and medical staff, managing call routing, cancellations, and rescheduling in accordance with physician and office guidelines.
