Radiation Therapist Lead

The Lead Radiation Therapist supervises the Radiation Therapy team at Riverside Methodist Hospital Radiation Oncology, serving as the primary link between therapists and the department manager. The role manages staffing, daily and call schedules, and collaborates with providers and nursing to ensure high-quality patient care and participation in system-level quality initiatives. The Lead also performs clinical duties at the LINAC or coordinates patient appointments at the SIM CT depending on rotation.
