Radiation Therapy Tech

Under the direction of physicians and physicists, this role assists in the planning, set-up, and delivery of therapeutic radiation doses to patients while preserving normal tissue. The position involves performing simulations, fabricating immobilization devices, delivering prescribed radiation treatments, and maintaining detailed treatment records. The Radiation Therapy Tech also schedules patient appointments, participates in clinical instruction, and ensures quality control procedures on equipment.
