Radio Optimization Senior Engineer

This role focuses on optimizing the radio network to achieve optimum performance through standard guidelines and alignment with department objectives. The position involves improving 2G/3G network KPIs, conducting capacity studies, and participating in optimization campaigns to enhance competitive positioning. Additionally, the engineer will resolve customer complaints, perform drive test measurements, and provide coaching to graduate trainees.
