Radio Optimization Senior Engineer

This role focuses on optimizing the radio network to achieve optimum performance and competitive quality of service across the 2G/3G network. The position involves improving key performance indicators, conducting network capacity studies, and resolving customer complaints to ensure high satisfaction levels. Additionally, the engineer will participate in drive tests, coordinate with planning teams, and provide coaching to graduate trainees.
