Performs administrative and basic clinical support tasks to ensure efficient operation of a clinical service or physician practice. Responsible for patient-facing front desk activities including scheduling, check-in/check-out, phone triage, and handling patient records and billing forms. Works under general supervision and may provide training or act as a super-user for scheduling, registration, and billing systems.
