Radiology Scheduler- Call Center

About this role
Under direction, this role handles incoming communications and online requests from patients and referring providers to facilitate access to care. The position performs patient registration and appointment scheduling via telephone and computer systems and serves as the enterprise-facing contact for new patient coordination. This is a fully telephone/computer-based role with no face-to-face patient interaction.
