RAI Coordinator

This position is responsible for the timely completion and coordination of the RAI process, including MDS assessments, RUG scores, and related reports for the facility. The role requires active RN or LPN licensure and experience with long-term care assessment processes to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations. The coordinator will lead the Medicare team, supervise assessment staff, and maintain accurate documentation for billing and care planning.
