Rail Conductor

The Rail Conductor supports the safe, efficient, and customer-focused operation of CapMetro commuter rail service by ensuring train movements and onboard activities comply with operating rules and FRA regulations. This role involves coordinating with train crews and dispatchers, performing ground-based operational duties, and providing professional customer service to passengers. The position requires strong situational awareness, sound judgment, and the ability to respond effectively to service disruptions and emergency situations.
