Railserve is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Rail Switching Technician to support daily rail switching operations within an industrial rail environment in South Charleston, WV. This full-time role involves the safe movement, placement, and switching of railcars to support customer operations and production schedules. The position requires operating locomotives and rail equipment while coordinating railcar movement throughout the facility. The ideal candidate is mechanically inclined, comfortable with physical outdoor work, and committed to safety and strong attendance.
