A full-time, island-based role leading conservation and visitor management on Matiu Island / Wellington Harbour, working under the Department of Conservation in partnership with Taranaki Whānui and the Kaitiaki Board. The 3-year appointment involves living on the island, representing DOC at the site, and supporting the cultural revitalization and long-term stewardship goals for the islands.

- CIMS Level 2
- Fire Fighter Unit Standards
- Valid NZ Work Visa
