Ranger Visitor and Heritage

This role involves managing and maintaining recreational assets such as tracks, huts, and visitor facilities to ensure safe and positive experiences in the Far North region. The position requires hands-on maintenance work, including vegetation clearance and infrastructure upkeep, while fostering relationships with Treaty partners and mana whenua. It is a field-based role that also includes office tasks for planning and reporting, with opportunities to contribute to emergency response activities.
