The Rapid Rehousing Specialist works directly with youth and young adults experiencing homelessness to help them obtain and maintain permanent housing. This role involves providing housing navigation, landlord engagement, stabilization support, and individualized case management to ensure participants successfully transition into and sustain safe, stable housing.
