About this role
The Rapid Response Team (RRT) Lead will support the EpiC Global Health Security workplan in the Philippines by leading field-based outbreak detection, investigation, and response operations in Strategic Depth Region II (Cagayan Valley). The role manages and deploys multidisciplinary rapid response teams, strengthens subnational readiness systems, and ensures field activities align with national standards and project priorities across surveillance, laboratory systems, biosafety/biosecurity, IPC, and emergency management.
