Rapid Response Team RN

This role serves as a housewide resource to assist staff in recognizing and stabilizing patients showing signs of clinical deterioration. The position involves responding to Rapid Response Team calls and assisting with patient throughput by assessing the utilization of critical care beds and other resource-intensive equipment. The role also leads efforts to improve systems of care for complex, unstable patients throughout the organization.
