Rapid Response Team Specialist

The Rapid Response Team Specialist serves as a first responder for emergencies, disturbances, and de-escalation situations within a 24-hour youth detention facility. This role is responsible for ensuring the safety of employees, visitors, and residents by managing crisis situations and maintaining a secure environment. The specialist also rotates as a staff member of the RESET Center and supports the administration of resident behavior programs.
