Raw Sugar Dock Supervisor

Under the direction of the Raw Sugar Dock Manager, this role provides overall supervision to craft personnel for coordinating, planning, and scheduling major repair work on the Raw Sugar Dock and supervising the discharge of sugar from ships. The Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the technical expertise of skilled trades, monitoring skill sets, and developing training plans to ensure the sustainability and reliability of refinery machinery and systems. This position requires applying management, maintenance, and engineering principles to meet business demands through effective team leadership and operational oversight.
