About this role
BehaviorCare Therapy is hiring a part-time in-home paraprofessional (BT/RBT) to provide 1:1 play-based ABA therapy to an 8-year-old child with autism in North Phoenix. The role supports a child’s growth in daily living, communication, independence, and confidence in their home environment, with training and ongoing support from a licensed BCBA. This position is designed to fit afternoon/evening availability and can supplement school or another job.
