About this role
This is a paid Behavior Technician Trainee position through BAYADA’s RBT Academy that prepares candidates to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The program provides 40+ hours of training, study materials, and support to obtain RBT certification, with ongoing employment opportunities across Maui. Roles are part-time and include positions in clinics, clients’ homes, community settings, and schools with a benefits package and flexible scheduling.
